A Christmas payday of $321 million from Tuesday night's Mega Millions drawing would have been nice – but alas, it wasn't to be.
It was only the fifth-ever Christmas night Mega Millions drawing and no ticket matched all the numbers drawn.
The numbers drawn were:
2, 8, 42, 43, 50 and MegaBall 6

The next drawing will be Friday night, with an estimated jackpot of $348 million. The one-time cash payout for the jackpot winner, the typical option, would be $210.2 million.
The odds of winning the jackpot are very slim. About one in 302.5 million.
